The space The space is stylish and welcoming. The minute you step through the door you will quickly feel at home:) Guest access Private parking for 2 cars and private front entrance, self check-in and keyless entry. However, I will meet new guests to Airbnb or who have no guest review to provide them with the door code, gather more information, and walk them through the home. Other things to note The 3-bedroom Airbnb accommodates up to 6 registered guests and located on the main floor of a duplex. The duplex has a total of two 3-bedroom units (one of which is the Airbnb) and three 1-bedroom apartments downstairs. The duplex is in a safe location on the corner of Balmoral St., so you will hear the hustle and bustle of the daily traffic. White noise machines are located in all the bedrooms for guests comfort. The tenants in the building are working professionals who are very respectful of the quiet hours. The mailbox is shared, so you might see some tenants collecting their mail. To utilize the Smart TV, guest will need their personal username and password to access their personal streaming apps.
