The space The House on the Cliff PR has two bedrooms with AC and two baths and allows up to 7 people. Full view of the ocean from the inside of the house, including the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The balcony offers 180° ocean view to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in the picnic area with BBQ, and kids swing while the sunset does the rest. For your convenience, washer and dryer and water tank are available. Other things to note Our home is on the cliff apart from other homes but if you are a light sleeper, please keep in mind you may hear dogs, roosters in the mornings this is part of our culture and makes for an authentic Puerto Rico experience. Living in the country / beach side also means an abundance of Iguanas, ants, and bugs. None of which are dangerous. Surprisingly, though, mosquitoes are usually not an issue (but they do exist). In regard to TV: We have set up a Netflix account for your entertainment. Also, you can sign in with your own accounts (Disney+, prime video, and more). Important Disclaimer: In case there is a power outage, the house is equipped with an emergency light that will turn on immediately. Also, flashlights are available. On the outside of the property, you will find solar lights. However, the balcony provides a spectacular view to enjoy during the day or night. The outside of the house has security cameras that covers the specified areas: 1) fence 2) garage parking 3) entrance door (stairs) 4) backyard ***no cameras cover the outdoor shower.
