Giovanna and Bruno welcome you to this place full of charm and tranquility, in the heart of the Loire Valley, in a village 5 minutes from Amboise. The bedroom, bathroom and living room have just been furnished, on the 1st floor of our house. You will appreciate this cozy nest for its comfort, brightness, bedding, and central location for visiting the Loire Valley castles. Great for a couple's stay or a business trip. Breakfast is included. The space Access to the room is via an external staircase. The private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. A living room is at your disposal, shared with the second bedroom. Welcome tray at your disposal (espresso, tea, herbal tea). Breakfast is served each morning in the living room, from 8:30 am to 11:00 am. It consists of fresh and local products: coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, pastries, eggs, fruit juice, yogurt. Dinner can be offered by the hosts by reservation, at the rate of €30 per person (€15 for children) excluding drinks. Guest access Access to the room is via a staircase located on the side of the house. The keys are handed over by Giovanna, the owner of the premises, between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. During your stay Living a few kilometers away, I know the area well (tourist places, restaurants, shops, markets, etc.). You can contact me before your stay for any questions about the accommodation, advice on tourism, gastronomy, wine... Spoken languages: French, English. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Giovanna, the owner, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. During your stay, Giovanna will be here to answer any questions you may have and help you with any research you may need. The languages spoken by Giovanna are French, Italian and Spanish. Other things to note The price includes linens: sheets, towels and bath mats. The bed is made upon arrival, and the cleaning upon departure. It also includes breakfast for each night spent on site. A courtesy tray (coffee, tea, herbal tea) is available in the living room.
