There are 3 televisions, one in the living room and one in each bedroom Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Though our regular check-in time is at 4 pm we always try to accommodate our guest’s schedules. If you need to check in earlier and the place is clean and available we are happy to check you in. If you need to drop off your luggage while the house is being cleaned we can also accommodate that. Daily or weekly service of house cleaning is available for an additional cost. Kindly note that the property undergoes regular maintenance, including gardening services. The schedule will be outlined in the house manual; however, please be aware that these dates may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Since these are external services, we may not always be able to notify guests in advance of any changes. By booking the property, guests consent to allowing staff to enter the necessary outdoor spaces (excluding the inside of the property/unit itself) as needed for maintenance/gardening/pool purposes. All the baby items such as the High Chair and Crib can be provided for an extra charge. Please inquire. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo,etc.) If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies. The washer and dryer are downstairs in the building and use coins Guests are required to sign our standard waiver upon booking NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED! SUCH EVENTS WILL INCUR A LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT!
