Cozy, small house with great views, close to hiking trails

Welcome to Geilolie and my cozy little house! Large windows and good height under the roof make the place bright and pleasant. Bright colors, good sun conditions and beautiful views of Geilo and Hallingskarvet always make me happy - and I hope you will be too! This is an eldorado for those who like to be active and out in nature, with amazing hiking trails and ski slopes right nearby. A little frozen after a long day out in the fresh mountain air? Feel free to light the fireplace, it provides good warmth and a wonderful atmosphere! The space Outside The house is part of a semi-detached house in a very cozy neighborhood (houses, not a cottage area). Parking space right at the front door and large lawn around the whole house. A cozy, small nook on the front of the house is perfect for morning coffee in the summer. Later in the day you can enjoy the sun and the view on the south-west facing terrace with a lovely view of Geilo and Hallingskarvet. On the other side of the road there is a nice trail and ski slope that takes you up the mountain (Kikut area) or down towards the popular hiking trail Ustedalsfjorden Rundt and the illuminated ski slope. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to both the ski resort in Vestlia and Geilo city center. Inside Hallway with plenty of closet space. Bathroom with nice heated floor, shower and washing machine. A spacious master bedroom with sliding door wardrobe and double bed (150 cm width) and a slightly smaller bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed. Open kitchen solution in connection with the living room and dining room, with high ceilings and plenty of space. Cozy sofa corner with TV and sound system. The fireplace provides lovely warmth and a good atmosphere. The house is not as well equipped as it appears in the pictures, but has all the necessary furniture and equipment. Please note! You must bring your own bed linen and towels, as well as wash up after your stay yourself. Due to allergies, it is unfortunately not possible to have a dog or other furry animals in the apartment.
