The space The apartment has been fully refurbished to a high standard, offering a stylish and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area — the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Thoughtfully decorated to create a calm, luxurious coastal atmosphere, it’s a wonderful space to unwind after a day of exploring or working. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an instant hot water tap, Nespresso machine, toaster, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and fridge/freezer. The living area features a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi — ideal for streaming, remote work, or simply relaxing. A dedicated workspace is also provided, perfect for those working from home during their stay. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms: a king-size master with an en-suite shower room, and a second double with generous wardrobe and storage space. A separate family bathroom includes both a bath and overhead shower. The property accommodates up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. All bed linen and towels are provided, and for stays longer than a week, housekeeping is available on request. Situated in a peaceful residential block, we kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Whether you’re staying for business or leisure, the apartment offers a warm, welcoming, and well-appointed home-from-home with all the modern comforts you need. Guest access You’ll have sole use of the entire apartment during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and a comfortable, relaxed experience. For check-in, either myself or my husband will be happy to personally welcome you on arrival and departure, if requested. Alternatively, a secure key safe box is available for self-check-in, with a unique access code provided before your stay. Rest assured, we’re only ever a phone call away and happy to help with anything you may need during your visit. Other things to note For families, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request — please let us know in advance if you require them. To help maintain a clean and cosy environment, we kindly ask that no outdoor shoes be worn inside the apartment, and that no pets are brought into or stay on the property.
