Already when entering our beautiful apartment you will find that the pictures cannot represent how spacious and cozy our fantastic apartment is in reality. Days of relaxation and coziness await you. In summer, our apartment stays nice and cool and in winter it offers you cozy warmth due to the underfloor heating in all rooms. The space On the edge of the old town of Meersburg is our fantastically luxurious apartment, which has conjured up many regular guests due to its charm. Due to their location and its fairytale flair, many of our regular guests are now lured into their second home on Lake Constance every year. Nestled next to the famous Obertor, from where you can reach everything quickly, comfortably and within walking distance. The bakery around the corner, a grocery store, the pharmacy and many delicious restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The upscale standard in our apartment and the associated luxury, spoils you with the daily comfort. A 65 "Samsung smart TV with Netflix provides great entertainment on some evenings. A beautiful fitted kitchen with dishwasher, equipped with everything your heart desires. The fairytale bedroom with medieval ambience promises quiet nights with wonderful dreams. Our newly renovated bathroom is also fantastically designed. The rain shower promises the highest comfort and the interplay of modernity and antique certainly doesn't just make her heart beat faster in the shower. All rooms of our little paradise are thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. From our small fine balcony you enjoy a wonderful view of the alleys of the medieval Meersburg backdrop. Guest access A approx. 65 sqm apartment is available to you. One bedroom is seperate. In the living room you will find 2 sofas, each of which can be extended to a 1.40 m wide bed. Cuddly blankets and candles give the apartment the icing on the cake needed for a nice cozy evening together. Recharge your batteries, relax. Underfloor heating provides plentiful warmth. Completely newly renovated for you is our bathroom. With an extra large 1.00 m x 1.10 m glass shower cabin with rain shower, you like to stay a little longer in the bathroom. A small dishwasher in the kitchen ensures a quick wash. Other things to note In the basement, I have a locked basement room where you can store your bikes. For longer stays, I have a washing machine with dryer in the laundry room at your disposal. An additional cot bed is ready for you upon prior notification. Please note that a tourist tax is charged in Meersburg. With the tourist tax card, you get price reductions at many attractions. The amount is €4.50/day per adult and €3.20/day for children aged 6 and over.
