No. 5: Trossachs guest suite for outdoor adventure

Our fresh, Scandanavian-style guest-suite has e-bike charging, secure storage for bikes & outside space for washing bikes and storing kayaks. A perfect base for hiking, biking & water sport around Callander & the Trossachs, & also very central for exploring Scotland. Adjoined to our family home, this studio living space has a cosy sleeping area, en-suite shower room and modern cooking facilities. We use eco-friendly, locally sourced products where possible and donate income to charities. The space Situated on the edge of Callander, our home, with separate annexe, has parking on our driveway and separate entrance at the side (adjoining door to our home will be locked. You will hear us when we are passing the internal door). Outside there is a tap & hose, Asgard (very secure) bike shed, with e-bike charging socket inside. There is a table & chairs outside, although we would ask you to be respectful of our neighbours. Inside, there is a cosy, comfortable double bed & a bed-settee with mattress topper (comfortable for 1, cosy for 2!). The shower room has electric shower. Full, modern cooking facilities. Heated clothes dryer for drying outdoor clothing. Large, detailed map of Trossachs national park. For longer stays, laundry facilities negotiable.
