Clean and comfy bedroom in historic southwest Ardmore. Good dog loves visitors – you must be dog friendly. Quiet home with typical suburban sounds outside. Night workers welcome. Occasional dog woofs. Family-friendly, 100+ year old neighborhood is great for walks and jogs. It's always 4:20 here. Cannabis: indoors. Tobacco: backyard. Host is a minister. Get married during your visit. No dogs, including service or support dogs, are permitted due to my dog being on the premises. LGBTQ+ ally. The space Modest house built in 1940. Open floor plan shares space with home business. Room #1, the guest room, is embellished with autographed skateboards + rock art, antique steamer trunk for TV, a Victorian Era slipper chair, luggage rack, wireless phone charger, USB ports, Beats Pill+, Apple TV, and a Purple mattress. Cannabis: Indoors. Tobacco: Backyard. Guest access Guests have access to living area, reasonably appointed kitchen, laundry, and backyard fire ring. Private guest bathroom. Two parking spaces in shared driveway with host. During your stay I live / work in the house. We share the front living space but Guest Room #1 and guest bathroom are all yours. We can pass like thieves in the night or interact – whatever your preference. Either way, I'm glad to answer any questions or assist otherwise. Other things to note My intention is to create a safe and comfortable stay for adult travelers. Please make yourself at home while also being respectful of the space.
