Cozy cottage 3 blocks from beach

Tiny Cozy Cottage three blocks to beach. Sleeps 4 people. The space This tiny, cozy cottage has all the amenities you need: comfy beds, washer and dryer, DW/fridge/microwave, cooking supplies, smart TV, backyard fire pit, kayaks, and a new deck. There is a main room with a combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a Jack and Jill bathroom (connected to both bedrooms). There is a front porch and back yard. There is space to park three cars. Understand the is a bit small, but comfortable, and well-accommodated. Also, it is a short walk to the public beach, to restaurants, and shops. Guest access Everything but the shed is accessible to guests. Reminder, the garage to the left of the house is not ours, please do not block. Other things to note We have two kayaks to rent for $50 ($25 each) per stay. Please let us know if you are interested before you arrive at the cottage.
