INTERNET ACCESS VIA CELL SERVICE WILL BE ENTIRELY DEPENDENT ON YOUR PROVIDERS NETWORK. This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. LIVING ROOM: Sofa with Queen fold out bed, Flat-screen 55"TV with satellite Cable, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, board games. KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking essentials, all-new cookware, 6-seat dining table, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. BEDROOM 1: King bed, mounted flat-screen TV, full en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, dresser, closet, hairdryer, ceiling fan, Iron and ironing board. BEDROOM 2: King bed, mounted flat-screen TV, full en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, ceiling fan, dresser and hanging bar for clothing. OUTDOOR LIVING: Spacious covered deck, plenty of seating, hot tub, and beautiful views. Firepit with seating. Park style charcoal grill available for guest use. Cooking tools provided. CHARCOAL AND FIREWOOD NOT PROVIDED BY HOST. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the cabin with the exception of the locked owners closet and storage. Other things to note IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE REGARDING DRIVING AND YOUR VEHICLE: The main entrance road is steep, with two tight turns as you go up. As you near the top of the mountain, you will turn off the paved road and travel on gravel for a short time and then on to a newly paved section. **WINTER MONTHS** - During the winter months there is a possibility of snow and/or ice. We recommend closely monitoring the weather and a vehicle with 4 wheel drive capability. We do not offer refunds for weather or lack of vehicle capability. We are also a fully electric cabin so outages will affect lights, heat and water on property. We can accommodate 2-3 vehicles in the gravel parking area in front of the stairs. It is not uncommon to encounter wildlife while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Our cabin specifically has had bear, turkey and elk sightings. It is recommended to never leave food or food wrappers in your car, on the deck or outside of the locked bear cans. All persons MUST be 25 years of age to book. Message for exceptions.
