Songbird House is one home with 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms housed within 5 separate, private apartments that connect together to form Songbird. Renting this listing, "Songbird House" is for the entire home and all the units. We can comfortably host a LARGE crowd. PERFECT for couples, friends and multigenerational families for a great mix of space and togetherness, but lots of privacy and tons of bathrooms! Songbird House is comprised of 5 distinct, permitted units that are housed in one larger home. By offering you all the units together we can make a large family gathering easier than ever! 7 queen beds, 1 king bed, 2 futons, 1 sofa bed, one blow up mattress, a comfy day bed, one sleep-worthy couch can be found in the home. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: The Songbird Suite - Downstairs 2 bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms, with a full kitchen and breakfast nook. SLEEPS 4 The Songbird Perch - Downstairs 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and one full bathroom, with a large living room and direct access to the front porch. SLEEPS 5 The Songbird Studio - Upstairs small studio apt with queen bed and a full bathroom and walk off private patio, complete will full kitchenette with brand new appliances. SLEEPS 2 The Songbird Nest -Upstairs two bedrooms one full bathroom, a large living room, a blow up mattress, a sofa that is large enough for sleeping, a full kitchen, cozy queen room and large king room with comfy day bed with walk attached out patio. SLEEPS 6 The Songbird Spot - Upstairs large queen room with attached full bathroom. This apt has room for extra guests with 2 full-sized futon beds, a full eat-in kitchen. SLEEPS 4 By booking Songbird House you receive access to all 5 apartments within the home. Each bedroom is equipped with new, luxurious beds. 7 TV's with a Roku and streaming services are located throughout the home, brand new deluxe bedding, tons of pillows and plenty of space to be comfortable. With brand new hardwood flooring, new kitchens, new appliances, renovated bathrooms and professional, stylishly decorated spaces you will never want to leave! - 5 on site off street parking spots -Washer and dryer use (note - please communicate with owners on schedule of the washer and dryer - it is also used by our cleaning crew) - Free wifi, lux bath amenities - décor was used on the set of the show Nashville! Be like Rayna James and Juliette Barnes! - Call an Uber and in minutes you'll be at the world famous Bluebird Cafe, home to Nashville's songwriting community. We often see stars from the show Nashville at Bar Taco. - World famous singer Jeannie C. Riley used to live in the home. You will have access to 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms plus sofa beds housed in 5 apartments, a front porch living room, 2 private balconies and 5 parking spots. You may also use the laundry room with prior permission. We will send you suggestions and tips before your arrival. Our co-host and I will be available to ask any questions before, during and after your trip and we live right down the street! Upon booking you will receive extensive local tips about our Music Row neighborhood, hidden Nashville gems and all the best restaurants in town. Historic Music Row is home to recording studios and businesses. Songbird House is nestled between Vanderbilt and Belmont and walkable to downtown on a nice day (2 miles away), Edgehill, Hillsboro Village, 12 South. Uber and lift is plentiful and affordable. Many locations are a short walk away. We have off street parking as well.
