Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, Senseo, microwave). 1 shower and 1 toilet. Living area, pellet stove, dining area, 2 convertible benches, TV, 1 cabin bedroom with 1 bed of 160, baby bed if needed, relaxation area on the mezzanine. Upstairs, 1 family room with 2 single beds and 1 double bed in 140 + baby bed Outside, terrace with wooden table and barbecue, lawn area. Numerous indoor and outdoor games for children. Board games, books, puzzles, carrier, balance bike, bouncy ball, trampoline, slide, karaoke machine... No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. No parties or gatherings. Unauthorized guests. End-of-stay cleaning not included. The accommodation must be returned clean, otherwise, you can request the cleaning fee from €30 to be paid on-site. Linens provided, towels provided from 2 nights. Possibility to order your breakfast the day before for the next day (bread, pastries, milk...)
