Downstairs kitchen and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet); upstairs large open plan bedroom/sitting room with television. Super king double bed; (twin beds upon request); double sofa bed. WiFi available. Price based on 1-2 people sharing. Parking in shared drive. Small outside grass area. The space Lovely, bright, large open plan living/sleeping area. Has views over garden, looking towards village church on one side. All windows have wooden slatted blinds. Wooden floors with rugs. Small outside grassed area to right of Coach House (in front of drive and next to field) with portable bbq for guests' use. Please check with owner before booking stays of longer than 3 nights. Guest access Parking in shared driveway. If guest intends to bring more than one vehicle, please check with owner first. There is a pavement along the main road all the way to Botley station and onto the village of Botley (with co-op supermarket, hairdressers, restaurants and shops). Nearby cycle path leading all the way to Whiteley shopping centre. Other things to note On the edge of the stunning South Downs, and approx. 2 miles from the old market town of Bishops Waltham with cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. We have a friendly Westie and young cocker spaniel, who may want to say hello and try to stroll into the Coach House. The Westie can get a bit excited and bark when people arrive/at hearing cars and if he senses wildlife in woods behind the house!
