Cottage in Kawartha Lakes

This cozy cottage is located in a small waterfront community. It sits on a large 1 acre fenced lot which makes it safe for young children and dogs. There is water access across the road for launching the water toys provided (canoe and kayaks). Relax in the hammock that sits next to the fire pit, or have a BBQ on the large deck off the back of the house. Come the evening on chilly nights, sit and watch a movie infront of the wood stove. Snowmobile trails are a short drive away or ice fish. The space 15min to OFSC snowmobile trail Boat launch across the road 20min from the town of Lindsay and Port Perry Central Air, wood stove in main living space There are 2 adult size bikes, 1 canoe, 1 sit in kayak, 2 kids kayaks. All the provided life jackets are adult size only. Guest access full access to the house and yard except the basement.
