Peaceful Scenic Desert Retreat

Within walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, guest has private entrance to completely private bedroom + bathroom with French doors that look out to bird/butterfly garden, pool/jacuzzi. Guest has kitchen access with ground/whole bean, drip, pour over, pressed, or Nespresso coffee options and a selection of fine teas. The space Guest has private room and bath to themselves on opposite side of home from the host’s bedroom. Kitchen and dining are in center of home for guest to share with host. Prefer guest not hang out in the living room. Please enjoy the backyard as much as you like. Please, no noisy electronics. The garden is a sanctuary for birds, while most pets are welcome here, if your furry friend is a hunter and/or likes digging up flower beds, this will not be a good fit. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guest has private bedroom and bathroom with shared kitchen and dining area. Full access to garden, pool, jacuzzi. Please ask to use laundry for stays of at least 4 nights. Please Do Not use the garage refrigerator for food storage. It is not plugged in. A past guest left food including meat in there which I discovered months later, sooooo gross!!! Guests should not roam into host’s garage space?? Please JUST ASK!! During your stay Am usually readily available by text or phone; only emergency communications after 10pm or before 6am. I can be social according to your preference, not mine, but otherwise am very quiet and either out, with my dog, cooking, or gardening. I really appreciate communication of plans as that allows me to plan when I can do yard work, laundry, etc., as I am very conscientious about not disturbing your privacy. Other things to note Dog’s name is Diego 🐾 If you specify ahead of time what you like for breakfast, I will do my best to accommodate.
