Your space, w/private entrance, includes a kitchen, LR, bedroom and bath w/dual shower heads and jacuzzi tub— perfect after a day hiking, skiing or sightseeing. Located on 16 acres of woods beautiful for exploring. Only 15 min from Burlington/ 30 min to Waterbury-Stowe. This is the place to come home to! The space Our space is a two-level apartment with a kitchen/living room upstairs and bedroom with spa-like bathroom downstairs. We are nestled on 16 acres of woods that you are invited to explore while still being a 5 minute drive to many dining and shopping options. Guest access Enjoy the entire attached apartment and feel free to wander the woods around our home 🍁🌿🍄🪵 Other things to note We are not connected to municipal sewer— it is essential that hair, feminine products, tissues, wipes and food stay out of the drains as these can clog our leach pipes and create a very nasty back-up. We have hair-catchers over the bathroom drains and waste baskets to make this simple to do—thank you for being mindful. Our dog is a 20 lb certified therapy dog. She is hypoallergenic, very quiet, always on leash outside and also quite friendly if you’d like to say hi to her!
