This stylish place to stay is perfect for groups of golfers and families. Just a 5 minute drive from the Old course and all the sightseeing in St Andrews, plenty to see and do with easy access to Dundee, Perth,Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness and many others by train, bus or car. 1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite and 3 rooms each with small double beds and all upstairs 1 disabled access bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower downstairs. 5th bedroom only available from the 18th august 2024 The space The house is newly built so as you’d expect it’s all pretty fresh and clean. It is well looked after to make sure we keep it that way. It has a large drive with parking for 3/4 cars It also has a landscaped back garden with multiple seating areas for our guests to enjoy. The new double bedroom on the ground floor was added by converting the garage in order that we could provide a disabled access room on the ground floor with access to an en-suite. Guest access There is off street parking for up to 4 cars. The area is easily accessed by car, train or bus. The bus stop is a minutes walk away and the train station a 10 minute walk away. Buses to St. Andrews Edinburgh and Dundee pass by regularly throughout the day. The road access is easy and using our place as a central location for sightseeing in Scotland in General is a great way to do it as this is what a lot of our guests have done over the years. Other things to note Access is usually made Via a key safe. We will give the code for your stay to you closer to your arrival.
