Old XIXth century longere, redesign in 1920, and totally refurbished in 2020. West exposure, very lightful living rooms (sun till 10PM in the summer). You'll discover the masterful tower, also renovated, in the center of the village, and you may enjoy the splendid views on the famous Perche hills from the more than 2.5 acres garden, with orchard and closed pond. Beds are made at your arrival ! Remote working available > excellent 4G coverage. House linen and towels are included in the compulsory cleaning fees (€40 per stay, on Airbnb bill).
