Private room in country house with hot breakfast

2 bedrooms in our home available for football weekends, tucked in a wooded setting. Very quiet and surrounded by trees with a stream through the yard. Located 7 minutes (3 miles) to Virginia Tech. There is a queen bed in one room, twin in the other, with your own bathroom by the hallway. Hosts will serve a fantastic breakfast and you are welcome to grill on the deck. We have two large friendly dogs, so please take that in consideration when booking. The space My wife and I (both work at VT) live at the house with our 2 large friendly dogs. You'll have a bedroom with either a queen or twin size bed, dresser, and closet. Access to the bathroom is down the hallway, and the hosts have their own bath. An inflatable mattress can also be provided and set up if needed for a fourth person. This house has been renovated in the past few years, so everything is pretty nicely updated. There is also a washer/dryer if you need it. You'll have access to the grill and can use the kitchen as needed for prep. Breakfast is my favorite meal and we enjoy cooking. Let us know what you like, and we'll put together something delicious! Pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit salad, coffee/tea, etc. The dogs will stay out of your room, but are very sociable otherwise. Warning- you will end up with white hair on your clothes! There could be some barking at night or early morning. We'd be happy to drop you off or pick up near downtown or the stadium if needed. There is no cleaning fee, so please treat our home with respect. There is a 220v 50 amp circuit and 30 foot cord with NEMA 6-50 receptacle available for charging electric vehicles. It's normally used for my welder, so it's not specifically set up for EV charging. However, if you have an adapter to fit, you're welcome to use it for a small fee.
