Opera B&B, recently built, was designed so that you can feel at home. This miniature hotel consists of 4 rooms spread over two floors connected by an elegant marble staircase. Possibility of parking space, extra service at a cost of + €10 per night not included in the reservation and subject to availability. The parking space is not available for LPG fuel cars. The space The property is at your complete disposal, as long as this is done in compliance with the rules and the house itself, inside there are all the comforts of a normal one for a pleasant stay. For services that are less visible and require special attention, in order to be able to guarantee it to all our guests, it is good to ask at the Reception. Guest access The breakfast room is shared with guests and is intended exclusively for BREAKFAST USE. FOOD PREPARATION is strictly PROHIBITED, and any violation will incur a €50 PENALTY. Guests are required to leave the used parts clean and not leave food unattended. If you wish to store something in the fridge/freezer, you are required to affix an identification label with the name of your room to avoid misunderstandings with other guests. The staff assumes no responsibility in the event of loss of food or items. For uses of the area other than those indicated, the authorization of the housekeeper is required, and any infringement entails a PENALTY of €50. The reservation guarantees exclusive access to the Opera B&B property, limited to the room booked and the amenities and services included. Access to the room and the common transit area is reserved exclusively for those who have made the reservation and identified themselves at check-in with identification documents. It is essential that the number of guests matches the number indicated in the reservation; those who book for a guest cannot allow additional people to access, even temporarily, since the mere presence is considered use of the service. Reservations for third parties are not allowed, where the booker is not the actual guest. These rules are established to ensure the safety of guests and to comply with the regulations of the platform, the house, Italian law, and common sense. Failure to comply with these rules is punishable by law. During your stay We remind our kind guests that the property offers assistance for check-in according to appointment, between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. You will be contacted to arrange schedules and arrangements. There is the possibility of check-in outside normal hours upon request! This courtesy service is in total self mode, so it is unassisted, and is subject to availability. It must be confirmed by our staff and cannot be used arbitrarily.
