Set in the heart of the beach neighborhood of the Ventura Keys, Pineapple Palms is a townhouse style apartment walking distance (1 1/2 blocks) to the Pacific Ocean. Not only are you walkable to the beach, you are close to Starbucks, grocery store, bank, laundromat, restaurants, and shops. Downstairs, the kitchen is stocked with essentials to make a picnic lunch for the beach, dining area, living room with Roku TV, and half bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer a quiet retreat for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and a "Jack and Jill" style bath. You'll also have access to the 2nd story balcony that overlooks the neighborhood palm trees (please make sure kids are not unattended).
