Stylish Bournemouth Town Centre Apartment

Located right by Bournemouth West Cliff with a view of the sea, this stylish one bedroom apartment combines the town centre with beach access. The flat itself has a undergone a partial refurbishment with a spacious kitchen dining area, a bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite, and a cosy lounge with sofa bed for either and additional adult (3 in total), or two children. Both the town centre and the beaches are only few minutes walk away making this an ideal location for tourists coming to town The space Firstly please read our reviews, many comment about the flat being bigger than the photos make out (apologies for my amateur photography!), it is a very spacious flat. The flat is located really close to the West Cliff and central Bournemouth. It’s on the second floor which offers views to the sea at Bournemouth beach. The lounge comprises of a very comfy sofa bed, led tv and a wide selection of books for any wanting a quieter moment. The kitchen has been given an overhaul in this apartment with a stunning super-matte unit and marble tile style. It is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. We try and uphold the BnB part of Airbnb and supply an assortment of cereals, croissants and pan au chocolates. If you are a dab hand in the kitchen, we have tried to supply an assortment of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, trays and dishes. However if you have any particular requirements or simply have some questions, please just ask away. There is also a utility room which houses a freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bedroom is nice and spacious with a super comfy pocket sprung and memory foam king size bed and luxury pillows. There is ample clothes storage with an open style wardrobe with shelves and also a large chest of drawers. The en-suite has a shower, toilet and basin. Although not part of the refurb (part of next phase), it’s still really clean and perfectly functional. The bathroom is very similar to the en-suite in its offerings. There is a parking bay directly outside of the flat. This a paid permit bay which we rent privately. It is however on a first come, first serve basis. In order to use the space we will need the registration, make and model of your vehicle prior to you arriving so we can log it with the parking company. There is an additional fee for parking of £3 per calendar day. If you cannot use the space for the day due to others occupying them we obviously will not charge for use. Can we request that is paid in cash at the end of your stay. There is parking on the road in west cliff gardens, durley gardens, west cliff road and other nearby surrounding roads. Guest access Guests have access to the full flat. Apart from the communal hallway to the front door of the flat, nothing else is shared with anyone else. The flat is located on the second floor which is around 40 steps, essentially two flights of stairs. Other things to note If there are only two guests, however you require the sofa bed to be used and dressed there is an additional fee to cover the linen hire and laundry of £35. If there are three or four guests, this is included within the additional guest fee. Parking permit. This is charged at £3 per calendar day at the flat.
