#22 Lumberjack Picnic Table, Firepit-dead end

This is a favorite site at Peaceful Hills because of the dead end location, white oak logs, and solar lights! Easily accommodating two families, it’s ideal for tent camping, adventure bike groups, truck camping of all kinds, and moto-campers. It has a good selection of trees for hammocks. This campsite also receives cell signal, which is a plus if you still want to be connected to the outside world. What an awesome and amazing site for anyone who really wants to camp on top of the world! The space This campsite is large enough for 3-4 large tents and there is tons of room for parking as well. The portajohn is very close to this site. The view of the sky is gorgeous from here and the sunset is beautiful as well. There is room here to turn around the smallest mini campers​, but larger ones might have difficulty backing out when they exit. However, with some skill they could back all the way back to Memory Lane, and then easily pull forward to exit down the hill. Four-wheel drive vehicles are a must for pulling mini campers up the hill. Other things to note You will have access to fresh spring water flowing into a pipe right from the rock. It’s delicious. You will drive right past it on the way into Peaceful Hills Retreat. It will be on your right hand side just as you turn onto American Way. Feel free to fill up your bottles here. It’s cold and refreshing.
