With Lake Arrowhead Village being less than 10 minutes away, you have prime location to access all winter activities like Santas Village, sledding, skiing, and tubing. During the warmer months enjoy hiking, bike trails, and lake activities as well. Fun for the entire family year round. The space Our cabin is thoughtfully furnished and decorated to give you a pleasant experience. Drive up to this Tri-story home with an extended driveway that'll accommodate up to three vehicles plus one more vehicle could utilize the street right in front of the upper front entry. The Floor plan is a split level that allows for large families or groups to mingle around. The Upper level can be accessed from street level. Upon entering you'll find a large family room with windows all around that will let you soak in plenty of mother nature. The super cozy sofa also has a pull out twin sized bed and a rocking chair for those who need it for the littles. The second level as you enter through the foyer will lead you to an open kitchen/dining concept. Our kitchen is equipped with all baking cookware you may need to make some yummy pies or a delicious pizza. Feel free to use all pots, pans, glassware, mixer, toaster, microwave, oven and coffeemaker. There is also the washer and dryer readily available for your use. This floor has a full bathroom that is right off the entry to the Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and a rocking chair to doze off reading a book. Additionally, feel free to use the full size futon as an additional sleeping area. Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms that share a full size Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a sliding door that grants you access outdoors and allows a beautiful amount of natural lighting in. This room also has a comfortable King Size bed that will surely provide you with a dreamy night. The larger room is a kids room aka the Fun Room with plenty of activities to keep them busy. Includes but not limited to a interchangeable pool/air hockey table, board games, puzzles, XBox, etc. The Fun Room has a full size daybed with a full size mattress that pulls out. There will also be three additional blow up mattresses available for your use ( one queen size and two twin size). **BRAND NEW TANKLESS WATER HEATER! Guest access Guest have access to the entire house. Other things to note ARRIVAL AND CHECK - IN: We want to make checking in to your quaint getaway as easy as possible, so unless otherwise instructed, you will receive an email with instructions for direct entry to the property. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you require an earlier check-in, please contact us immediately and we can attempt to accommodate. DEPARTURE AND CHECK - OUT: Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please notify us upon leaving the property secured. Leave all dishes clean and all trash to be gathered and thrown into dumpsters near the driveway. A late check-out would be charged @ $50/hour if not accommodated before hand. This is a NON Smoking property. If you do intend to smoke outside of the home, please ensure you are on street level away from the home. May any smoking occur in the home, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300.
