The Derby Lodge '2 bedroom stay option' features a large open plan kitchen lounge and living area with a fire place and spectacular views over the valley. Its our main large Lodge, minus the Lodge apartment on the end. You have private access, the bike garage and workshop downstairs, and the large deck at the front of the property. It can accommodated 6 people comfortably over the 2 rooms in all single beds or a king bed option. (Please let us know if you want the king bed) The space The Derby Lodge is in a prime location in Derby. A short 2 minute stroll to the middle of town where you can find cafes, 'The Hub' pizza, 'Evolution' bike hire store and more. Or a quick 1 minute down to the trail head to catch a shuttle bus up to the top of the trail network. You can literally ride out the front door and experience some of if not the best Mountain Biking trails in Australia. Or go for a leisurely walk over to the lake for a fresh water swim or book into 'The Floating Sauna' for an incredible experience on the lake. If visiting in the cooler months you will love our warm toasty fireplace, under floor heating or set and forget with our hydronic heating. You will love waking up to the stunning views of the valley and experiences the magic of Blue Derby. Guest access Front door has keyless entry with a code. Access to the 2 bedroom side of our main Lodge. Private entry and large deck off the front of the property. Laundry and bike storage Other things to note Please note: The '2 bedroom Lodge' is our full '3 bedroom Lodge' stay minus the private 'apartment' on the end of the property. There is a common wall from the Lodge kitchen to the 'apartment' kitchenette next door where there could be some light transfer of noise if both sides have guests.
