Home in Rincon

Hello and welcome to my home! I haven't been in it long so I'm still working on making it cozy and welcoming. Busy transitioning it from a house to a home! It's a beautiful, spacious, brick home in a very welcoming, safe and family-friendly nieghborhood. It has a nice fenced in yard surrounded by beautiful trees. It's 25 minutes from gorgeous and historic downtown Savannah, 10 min. to I-95, and 15 min. to the Sav / HHI Inter. Airport. Only a few min. from stores, restaurants and more. The space My home has an open plan so it's wide, spacious and airy. Lots of light. The backdoor goes right into the yard. Behind the fence I have more space surrounded by gorgeous towering trees and nature. Guest access My guests have access to the whole home. I just ask they show it love, respect, and show the same respect and courtesy to neighbors. Thank you so much and have a beautiful day! Other things to note There is a train that goes by maybe a couple of times a day. Not very loud and very quick. There are lots of stores, restaraunts, banks, nail salons, etc. 5 to ten minutes away. Great neighborhood to take walks, ride your bike, jog. I do all these things. I should know! HaHa
