Top wine farms like Blaauwklippen, Mont Marie, Delaire, Donier and Waterford are only about 2 km away. The space 4 bedrooms. You will have access to: 1 x king bed in the main bedroom - double shower and bath 1 x double bed & 1 x bunk bed with single beds in children's room -Note that the bunk bed is only suitable for younger children - Bath only. 2 x single beds in guest room 2 downstairs - with shower. 1 x single bedroom also downstairs with ensuite bathroom with bath. All the bedrooms are en-suite. Guest access This big comfortable yet stylish contemporary country house in Stellenbosch, the heart of the Winelands district in South Africa, makes this a very central location to explore other areas from. Only 20 min drive from the closest beach, 40 min from CT International airport, and 40 min from Franschoek - this is an easy lock-up and go with all the normal house amenities you would need to stay and do day trips and explore the Winelands as well as Cape Town. Close proximity to 2 golf courses (750 yards from Stellenbosch Golf Course), restaurants, and well-known wine farms including Mont Marie, Blaauwklippen, Waterford, Stellenzicht (the pod), and Donier. Other things to note Guests will receive a remote control for easy access through the garage to the house, as well as front door keys. Should you wish to make use of our very friendly housekeeper Marie - you can arrange with us to have her come in during your stay. (It is included in your rental price). She will take care of all washing, dishes, making beds, taking out rubbish, etc. Her services does not include cooking. Our cat, Crystal (a siamese cat), stays on the property as well and has access to the house through a doggie door. She is very talkative, friendly, and people-loving. No parties are allowed at the house as this is in a quiet residential area. Pls adhere to this house rule. We have one lock-up garage available and then 3 parking spaces on the pavement in front of the garage on our property.
