A wine and spirits, coffee shops, butcher shop, bars, churches, etc all less then 5 minutes within ever direction. There is on street parking. There is a bus stop 1 block away that runs every 30 minutes to and from downtown and passes right by PNC park for convenience of going to games. Its the #13 bus.
