Basis Cottage setting Our cottages are supplied with coffee pot, coffee, silver wear, pots, pans, dish soap,dishes. Just pack your food,clothes and drinks head on down. we have corn hole and horse shoes, a small child swing, fire pit available as well. Fishing and crabbing is available off the pier. We will with 24hr notice bate your trout line for a $20 fee, we also have available chicken necks for purchase as local rates. Community pool also available in town only for fee daily. It is a quiet tranquil neighborhood, all neighbors very friendly, but perfect spot if you like to just be to yourself. Please be advised the Boat Rental rates 14' WITH MOTOR $175 day, 1 Week $875 1/2 day $90 14' NO MOTOR $40 day $200 Week 1/2 day $25 16' WITH MOTOR $200 day, 1 week $1000.00 1/2 day $100.00 16' NO MOTOR $60 day $300 Week 1/2 day $35 Any boat returned uncleaned or not in condition as rented will be charged a $50 fee for cleaning. Same for the Cottages, if turned back over in unclean condition or not as you received the unit in there will be a cleaning bill minimum charge of $50 applied to final bill. There is a 10% tax on your bill 6% collected by ABB, the County Room Tax 4% will be collected upon arrival.
