Located in Aamwala, Dehradun. LB GUEST HOUSE INDOOR - The guesthouse is for guests use only- our residence is adjacent to the guesthouse. - We have 2 floors dedicated for guest use accessible by lift. - A total of 7 bedrooms: - 4 bedrooms with attached washrooms on the 3rd floor and - 3 bedrooms with attached washrooms on the 2nd floor. - Sleeping arrangments: - 1st 14 guests can be accommodated in our king and queen-sized beds. - If the number of guests exceeds 14, 6 extra single beds will be made available depending upon the number of extra guests. - The remaining 4 guests will be accommodated using a floor mattress. BEDROOM (Private) - All bedrooms have an attached bathroom. - All our bedrooms have a WIFI, wardrobe, table and 2 chairs. - All rooms have a minimum of queen-sized beds- see our detailed description for more clarity. BATHROOM (Private) - All our bathrooms have solar-heated water, geyser and are equipped with fresh towels. KITCHENETTE (Shared) - We 2 kitchenette- one on each floor, equipped with an induction plate, Earthen pot containing RO water and basic spices. - 2 Washing area and drying area is present (one on each floor), along with a washing machine. - Crockery and cutlery are available on both floors. LIVING & DINING AREA (Shared) - We have a common living cum dining area. - The dining table seating is fit for 4 -6 people. - The living area currently has a single sofa cum bed with 3 seating capacity and 2 sleeping capacity. (We shall expand on this soon) - We have a common balcony connected to the living area. OUTDOOR (Shared) - We have a common rooftop with Mussoorie panoramic view, where guest can sit and enjoy their meals. - Secured indoor parking space for 3 cars, 4 additional cars can park outside the gate. SECURITY 1. Boundary wall around the entire site. 2. Property is gated at all times. 3. CCTV on the property. 4. Secure neighbourhood. Other things to note Noise: Our house is close to the main road and is susceptible to traffic noise if the windows and doors are left open.
