It was rented year-round, and is offered again as a vacation rental in July 2026. This is a small 33m2 townhouse with a private courtyard, where you can relax or even store bicycles for a night or two, for example. The master bedroom is upstairs. A shower and a sink complete this room, which is ideal for a couple. You'll find extra sleeping space in the living room thanks to the sofa bed, with its 140 cm mattress, to accommodate the rest of the family. This sofa is located in the living room on the ground floor, on the same level as the kitchen area and the toilet. Les Andelys is 12 km from Aubevoye, a town served by a train station, which allows you to reach Paris in 1 hour by train. Parking is free there. Guest access Parking is free and easy on the street or around the accommodation. A private hire car service can be offered to reach the station or for a transfer from the station to the accommodation. Other things to note The ceiling of the living room is relatively low (2 m), with exposed beams. The ceiling is painted white to brighten the room. Access through the courtyard with its two steps and the bedroom upstairs make this accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The €10 cleaning fee includes linens (hand towel, bath towel, bed linen, dish towel, hand towel...) made available to each guest, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. A basket is provided: please put the used linens in it, remove the duvet covers... When you arrive, the bed will be made to make your stay more pleasant!
