Located on Owasco Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes , is a quaint, cozy and private 900 sq.ft. apartment that sits on 2 acres with 260’ of lake frontage. It is perfect for 1 or 2 vacationing adults or a corporate traveler. You have a large bedroom (King Bed), full bath, living room, and fully equipped efficiency kitchen with small fridge. There is a grill , table and chairs located on your private patio . Each morning, grab a coffee, step out to your porch and watch the sun come up! The space Equipped for cooking with electric fry pan, microwave and outdoor gas grill. The Bedroom and living room face the lake and your morning coffee will be met with beautiful sun rises from either of these rooms or your private patio. Fresh linens and towels are provided. We do not have WiFi, but do provide a television (25 stations available) as well as DVD’s and videos). If sitting beach side, soaking up the sun or swimming and boating from your private beach, is your idea of a relaxing time, we have it. Enjoy the dock and canoe! Chairs supplied. If exploring fits into your schedule, then country walks, local Theater, shopping or wine and beer and candy trails are easily available. Guest access Parking is available. Please drive down to the lower paved driveway and park in front of the flag pole. Other things to note For access to the lake, please note we are high bank and you will be walking down a hill. If you have kayaks, canoes or paddle boards, we can assist in getting them down and up with our four wheeler.
