The lush riparian environment provides the perfect habitat for over 200 species of birds. The property at an elevation of 5100 feet has 4 mild seasons. An outdoor gas grill and dining area is provided for your use. The space Our repeat guests tell us that a stay at the Chuparosa is like having your own cabin in the woods. The exterior entrance and patio make it easy for our guests to come and go as they please or just relax in nature. The common patios and secret garden are perfect places to soak up all that Madera Canyon has to offer whether you are reading a book, meditating, birding or just watching the world go by. Because your suite has a full kitchen you can always prepare a favorite meal in your oven, microwave or on the gas BBQ. Having a special dinner under our outdoor candelabra on the creekside patio is a guest favorite. Guest access Guest’s mostly get around our neighborhood by foot on the many hiking trails that explore Madera Canyon and the Mt. Wrightson Wilderness. Parking at the Chuparosa is complimentary. There is an $8 per day fee to park in USFS lots within Madera Canyon Recreation Area.
