Enjoy the convenience of a coffee machine (Aldi pod), a 2-drawer dishwasher, double sink, electric oven, and glass cooktop. For avid cooks, our fully-equipped kitchen includes everything from essential ingredients like salt, pepper, oil, condiments, tea, coffee, and long-life milk to a microwave, Airfryer, Slowcooker, an array of pots and pans, and even a large pot for preparing Portarlington's famous mussels. Additionally, we provide a 4-slice toaster, cordless kettle, plenty of glassware and cups, a teapot, and more. Dishwasher tablets and liquid, along with tea towels, washing up cloths, gloves, and a dish dryer, are also supplied. A portacot and highchair are available for those who need them (please bring your own cot sheets). Although there's one bathroom, rest assured with two toilets. The shower provides continuous hot water and fantastic water pressure, enhanced by a heater for cooler months. A hairdryer is also provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The laundry has a large front loading washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. Washing detergent is also supplied. For guests with boats, the driveway and secure double gates offer ample space. We provide hoses for motor flushing, and there are taps in both front and back yards.
