This peaceful and centrally-located place is 3 blocks from downtown and the Coastal Trail in coveted Bootleggers Cove. Ski/bike out the front door. Restaurants, nightlife and the theatre are 5 blocks away. 12" from the hospital. This is my home steeped in history & Iditarod memories. The upstairs is the living area with a spacious office, living room with fireplace, dining/kitchen area, and half bath. The 12-mile Coastal Trail is 2 blocks away and meanders along Cook Inlet. Very popular for running/biking/walking and even an occasional moose or two. Other things to note This is my personal home I rent out while usually working in Africa with Doctors Without Borders. Everyone has loved my unit and the convenience to downtown. It's been perfect for professionals who can often just walk to work or to medical nurses or doctors with only a 12" drive to the hospital.
