I have coffee makers you may use in you shared hallway as well as in the kitchen. I like to leave out a tray of assorted snacks for you to enjoy. Consider renting both rooms which would give you full access to both rooms as well as the entire hallway and bathroom between them, all to yourself. I'll have a table set up just outside of the hallway in the dining room for your coffee and snacks. This option is available in my profile page.
