Edgewater Escape is a beautifully decorated home directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Just two short blocks from the front door is the 8th street access to the sandy beach! Water views from the living room, master and master bath means the BEST morning sunrises. This area has excellent restaurants- many in walking distance. Located on a quiet street, perfect for a jog or a stroll after dinner. Three full bedrooms so the whole family can stay, plus an elevator to all three floors! The space The main floor hosts a 2 car garage, a storage/game area and access to the back yard and waterfront. Head upstairs and to the main living space to find a fully equipped, spacious kitchen, for those who love to cook. Everything you will need is provided. Head to the dining area which seats 10 to enjoy your meals with family or friends. The open space leads into the gracious living area, with large smart tv, and tons of relaxing space and a full wall of glass sliding doors for amazing water views. Also included are an elevator access (send your groceries up- you don't need to carry them!) and a half bath. The third level hosts a large master bedroom with gorgeous views and a king sized bed, a full master en-suite with a glass shower, jetted tub, and dual sinks and separate water closet. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed, smart tv, and sliding door access to the rooftop lookout. The final bedroom hosts two twin beds, and also has sliding door access to the rooftop lookout. The second and third bedrooms share a good sized full bathroom. You will also have third floor laundry equipped with a washer & dryer. Across from the laudry is elevator access- send your luggage up and down the easy way! Guest access Guests will have direct access to the entire home. Parking is available in the driveway space. The back of the home has a patio area for gathering and an additonal patio area on the second floor, connected by an outdoor spiral staircase. Our home is a townhouse and shares walls with a great neighbor. Other things to note Extras galore!!!! Located in the garage for guests to borrow during their stay are: a beach cart, beach toys, soft sided cooler bags, beach bags, and more! Beach towels are also provided- no need to pack your own! Pack less- stay longer. To start your stay, we provide a starter amount of paper products and of course coffee. Both full baths are supplied with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash that should last for your stay. Packable crib and portable high chair are available as well- just let us know in advance. An outdoor gas grill with all tools is also available for our guests. We are sure you'll want to enjoy at least a few meals outside to enjoy the view. We have a strict No Party policy. Our home is located in a quiet family area and we want to keep it that way for our neighbors and surrounding community. Our goal is always a 5 star rating.
