The bathroom is shared with another roommate. The residential complex is secure with 24/7 security. If we enable self-check-in due to our absence, you will need to register with the security staff, collect your key after being authorized, and return the key case to the front desk when leaving. For parking, you can choose between the 24/7 parking inside the complex (first two hours free, daily cost: 18,000 COP), a nearby paid parking lot one and a half blocks away (daily cost: 12,000 COP), or free street parking in front of the complex, subject to availability. The complex offers a closed park with green areas, tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, and a BBQ area available for rent (additional fees may apply). The Las Aguas TransMilenio station is five blocks away and connects via tunnel to the Universidades station, giving access to the entire city. You can also take public buses along Avenida 19, five blocks away. For private transportation from the airport or terminal, I recommend apps like Uber, Didi, Cabify, or InDrive; the cost should not exceed 35,000 COP. If you need recommendations or assistance getting somewhere, feel free to ask! 😊 During your stay I like to maintain close communication with my guests through the Airbnb chat. In case of an emergency, you can also call or message me on WPP. I usually respond quickly, but if I’m not available, it may take me a few hours to reply.
