This is a small efficiency apartment in a 14-unit building. It’s located on a main street in Rawlins, so guests have very easy access to the unit from either highway coming into town. The space The space is small, but comfortable and functional. The heater/air conditioner combo heats and cold the entire room. It is loud, but one can easily get used to it. Most guests have no issues sleeping with it, but it can create difficulty hearing the TV when it kicks on. Guest access This is a private unit and all you will have access to on the property. Other things to note This is a very small space, so please make sure you’re comfortable with that before booking. It is comfortable, however.
