Renovated pond view home + pool & outdoor theatre!

The house is tucked away in the tranquil zone next to a beautiful quiet pond that you can enjoy every evening after a busy day playing. Enjoy the pool with the sun all day and a private outdoor home theatre at night. We have a grill for your full enjoyment too. Just an hour away from sandy beaches. The space 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths with private outdoor pool and a grill. The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and 2 other bedrooms both has 2 twin beds each. We have TVs in the master bedroom and in the living room. The new addition to our sweet charming home is a private outdoor movie theatre with a 180-inch screen!! We also have a desk, office chair, 2 24-inch monitors with HDMI cords, a keyboard, a mouse, and even a mouse pad for you to use if you need to work during your stay. Just ask us if you need it and we will provide it. Guest access Your will check-in on your own anytime of the day or night by your unique code for the front door smart lock that we will send to you few days before your arrival. Other things to note We also have an outdoor movie theatre. The screen for the projector is stored in the garage. You will need to carry it into the screened lanai, unfold it, and hang it on 3 hooks on the back wall. After that simply assemble the middle part together. Secure the bottom part with 3 bungee cords so the wind will not carry it away. After you use it please put it back in the garage. The projector has a Chromecast device so you can stream anything from your phone or computer.
