Large room with private living room & bathroom

The 2nd floor bedroom is spacious, new and well-decorated large room consisting of a double bed, computer desk, 2 wardrobes (1 for hanging and 1 with shelves) and smart TV. It has a large floor to ceiling radiator and skylight. You will have exclusive use of the room next door (living room area) consisting of a sofa bed, tv and Xbox. Private use of the newly renovated bathroom on the same floor which contains a shower, sink, toilet and radiator. We are a family household (x2 adults x2 children) The space Set in the middle of Edgeley’s historic conservation area, we are a short 10 min walk to Stockport train station with links to Manchester City Centre (10 min train ride) and other major cities. There are a number of transport links to Stepping Hill hospital, it is a short drive away. Fantastic motorway links, situated just off the M60. A 10 min drive to Manchester airport. Guest access Guests will have access to the bedroom, the adjacent room (living room) and top floor bathroom. The kitchen and utility room is also accessible. We have a large garden to the rear of the property which guests are welcome to use. During your stay We are available for guests to contact should they need to. Guests are welcome to socialise with us in the downstairs living area and kitchen should they desire to. Other things to note We are a laid back, same sex couple that are happy to take guests’ lead in how much they would like to engage with us.
