The primary bedroom includes a king Sleep Number adjustable bed with memory foam topper for a restful night’s sleep, plus sliding glass doors that open directly to the expansive porch overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with pillow-top mattress. Both bedrooms include smart TVs. Two full bathrooms each include a tub/shower combination. Living & Dining The living room provides plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat, and chair, along with a large smart TV for relaxing after a day at the beach or on the golf course. The dining area seats six guests comfortably and connects to the galley kitchen, which includes the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. Outdoor Space One of the highlights of the condo is the large private porch overlooking the golf course — a peaceful spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply watching the golfers and local wildlife pass by. Guest access Guest Access Guests have private access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet. This home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the community, gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and observe local quiet hours and noise ordinances. The condo is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. Other things to note Guests will check in using a secure digital keypad lock on the front door for convenient, contactless access. Check-in instructions, including the address, will be provided the day before arrival, and your unique access code will be sent on the day of check-in. Linens are provided for your stay, though guests should plan to bring their own beach towels. A small starter supply kit is included upon arrival. This typically includes one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one paper towel roll, dishwasher soap, sponge, one laundry detergent packet, and a trash bag. Guests staying longer or needing additional supplies should plan to purchase extras during their stay. Free parking is available around the condo building (no assigned spaces). Wyndham Ocean Ridge requires a parking pass, which can be obtained from the guard station at the main entrance upon arrival. The condo is located within Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort; however, resort amenities such as pools, golf, and recreation facilities are managed by Wyndham and are not included with this rental. Guests interested in using those amenities can inquire directly with the Wyndham office regarding availability and associated fees. This condo is located in one of the original buildings within the community. While it has been updated and well maintained, guests may notice occasional floor creaks or slight variations in flooring that are typical of many coastal properties. Because Edisto is a barrier island surrounded by marsh and wildlife, insects and other coastal critters are occasionally present despite regular pest control. This is a normal part of the Lowcountry environment. This is a residential condo building with neighboring units nearby. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional everyday residential sounds may be heard. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and mindful of community quiet hours.
