Two Rooms at Casa Alma

There are 2 bedrooms, to accommodate up to 4 guests and 1 private bathroom available during your stay, located in a separate part of the house. One room has a comfortable queen bed and the other a comfortable full bed. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and cork floors - easy on your feet! The bathroom has has a tub with shower. I am only comfortable accepting reservations from guests that have reviews on AirBnB. Please do not make a reservation until you have a review - thanks Jim! The space Casa Alma sits on over an acre of land, in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful family home with multiple communal areas and enjoyable outside private space. Easy distance to Santa Fe’s attractions and northern New Mexico's offerings. Your host, Jim, occupies the 3rd bedroom and shares the common areas. He is a retired physicist, yet has quite a full scheduled. He will be around to answers any questions you have and is open to interacting as much or as little as you desire. During your stay you are welcome to use the common areas of the house and outside. A recently renovated kitchen with breakfast bar, has a well stocked kitchen with many staples for your use. The open plan living and dining room has a sprung wooden floor, dining table and TV. There's also an electric Yamaha piano for your use if you desire. Also, you have the use of the washer and dryer in the utility room. There’s an outside portal at the rear of the house where you can enjoy warm evenings looking out on piñons/arroyo with mountain views and star gazing. Help yourself to fruit from the fruit trees in the right season. Wifi throughout, use of printer and TV, VHS (!!) and DVD with selection of movies (please note no TV packages). There is ample off street parking to the front of the house. Small pets maybe be considered with an additional cleaning fee, send me a message to ask. Guest access Common areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, reading area, front and back garden areas. During your stay I'm retired, yet have a very active life!
