Art Apartments

Art Apartments are synonymous with good taste, warmth, and brightness. We are located in the heart of Castelldefels, just 1 km from the beach and 200 m from the train station. We are very well connected and have all the necessary amenities nearby, such as ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bakeries. The apartments are brand new and feature a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating, microwave, refrigerator, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower. In addition, guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere offered by the magnificent outdoor rooftop pool, along with a large solarium. The space Art Apartments stands out mainly for its digital access to the building and the apartments. Guest access We do not have our own parking, but we have multiple parking options nearby, both paid and free, thanks to our central location in Castelldefels. During your stay Guests need to provide their email address as their first contact to make the online registration process easier and to complete it. Once the online registration is completed and the tourist tax is paid, we will provide you with access to the building and our units. Other things to note Prior to arrival, guests must complete the online check-in and provide an email address, where they will receive all the information they need for their stay. It is mandatory to complete this registration before check-in, in accordance with current regulations. According to Decree-Law 5/2017, the establishment is required to collect the tourist tax, which in this case is €1.93 per person per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. The establishment reserves the right to withhold €150 on the day of arrival as a deposit, which will be fully refunded upon departure provided there has been no damage during the stay and the rules of coexistence have been respected. The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking with their cookware, but condiments are not provided for hygiene reasons. The laundry room is located on the 5th floor. It is for shared use with the other guests of Art Apartments, and there is a fee for the washer and dryer.
