Private queen room in prestigious waterfront home

Private furnished room (12.5' X 13' - 162 sq ft) and shared bath on the 3rd floor of large family home off Long Island Sound. Room features include a new queen bed/ Westin Heavenly mattress along with an excellent workspace including a high-end ergonomic chair and a full closet. The rent includes bi-weekly cleaning service, high speed 250+Mbps WiFi, 32" Smart Samsung TV, premise access to washer & dryer, easy parking. The home is 25min (1.2 mi) walk to the Mamaroneck Metro North train station. The space This room has high end appointments with luxury linens, is free of personal items and is an above grade sunny room with central A/C and heat. The common bathroom is cleaned weekly. Our room is in a family home where peace and quiet are paramount. If you are a person that needs to regularly leave the house before 6:00AM (have an unusual work schedule/ plan on returning home in the very early morning) this is not the place for you as it will disturb the rest of the residents. Thank you Guest access You will have access ONLY to the private bedroom and semi private bath which is shared a shared space. Also there is laundry room access. The rest of the home is private other than the entry hall and stairways to your room. There is no kitchen access. During your stay We will be available to our guests but generally we will go our separate ways Other things to note The room is near my workout room which is used from about 7A-8:30A Monday-Friday. Any damage caused will be full responsibility of the guest who made the Airbnb reservation at the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. There is no limit to the cost that will be incurred by such damage. Check-in after 11PM is not available except in the case of emergency (flight delay or the like) and must be pre arranged with the host. Only the Airbnb registered user will be welcome. We have had bad experiences when an Airbnb user rents on behalf of another person.
