Access to backyard patio and patio furniture. The space Though larger than an actual one, our unique apartment is in the shape of a caboose. This is a comfortable, private getaway in Seattle's trendiest neighborhood. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and a convertible couch suitable for a child. With a private entrance, the apartment is completely separate from the owner's house. Brand new flooring and modernized tub/shower. A fully-stocked kitchen will allow guests to prepare meals as desired. Within walking distance of our property are vibrant brew pubs with food trucks in the evenings, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. This would be an easy place to stay without needing a car. Guest access Guests have free use of the deck and access to the backyard patio and furniture. Stays of 4+ nights include option of washer/dryer located in the garage. Other things to note The owners are full-time teachers. Check-in time is flexible upon arrangement but afternoons/evenings are better. Check-out is 10 am. The owners have lived abroad in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
