Private bdrm +bonus room w/ parking, near downtown

Our spacious, centrally located apartment is a 15 minute walk/ 5 minute drive to the downtown district. There you will find art galleries, a working waterfront, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is within striking distance of trains/buses, and the airport is less than a 15 minute drive. My husband (Italian) and I (American) welcome any and all travelers, and this is an especially safe place for solo female travelers. City of Portland License Number: STHR-006116-2024 The space Your private bedroom is directly adjacent to the side entrance and the kitchen. Fresh sheets and towels, reading material, and of course wi-fi is included for your comfort. Your room extends into a private bonus room to hang out or take care of work things. Your bedroom and bonus room are not shared spaces, but the kitchen, dining and bathroom you will share with me. One off-street parking space is included. If you are bringing more than 1 car, don't worry - there is ample street parking as well. We have a free washer dryer in unit. Please feel free to take advantage of these during your stay. My cat, Rusie Q is playful and curious and depending on her mood she will graciously welcome you, or run and hide - its a coin flip. Guest access 1 off-street parking space, private bedroom, private bonus room/ office, shared kitchen with dishwasher, shared bathroom, and washer/dryer. During your stay My husband and I work from home part-time, and we make every effort to be unobtrusive and respectful while you are our guests. I will also be available by message/call if there is anything that you need. Other things to note Check out time is 10am. We're usually able to be flexible within 30ish mins most days, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem if you need a little extra time in the morning. Please confirm with us if you plan to stay past 10am so we can adjust our cleaning schedule accordingly. We're happy to store your belongings the next day for your convenience.
