My ranch style home is 4beds/3baths with shared 2 big living rooms/ full kitchen and kitchenette, private fully fenced back yard and deck. 2 rooms upstairs and each has a private bathroom. 2 Rooms downstairs share one big bathroom. This is your private bedroom located in the basement area. It is featuring a queen size bed, workstation with lamp, nightstand with lamp, big closet, extra chair with a tray for your laptop, TV and mini-fridge. The bathroom has bathtub with Shower combo and you will share it only with 0-1 guest. The guests can use our entire common areas: full kitchen and kitchenette, 2 living rooms, private back yard with nice relaxing deck area. We have laundry room access for a long term stay. Conclusion is that you will feel at home and be able to use everything that your home away from home is offering , but at the same time you will have your own private bedroom , even has a mini fridge in the room. You will be leaving at home away from home and you will feel at home. You will have your own private , best room in the house with a private bath. In addition you have access to the full kitchen and kitchenette, 2 living rooms, laundry room, private fully fenced back yard with nice deck! AMC Northrock 14 movie theater is located within 5 min, Downtown within 13 min, Bradley Fair within 8 min drive. Your new home is big, but has only 4 big bedrooms and lots of shared space. You might meet other (2-3) working professionals, interns. Often our guests are: travel nurses and doctors, other medical professionals from the USA and internationally. Please notify us ahead of time if you invited visitors and let us know how long they visit you. Visitors are not allowed to take showers and behave as a booked guest.
