You’ll love the property because of its cleanliness, the S/SW facing waterfront (some weeds), propane fireplace (indoor), large deck+yard, and the fishing on quiet Upper Beverley Lake. Generac backup power (propane). A 5 minute walk to the grocery store! Couples, adventurers, fishermen, business travelers, and families (kids) are welcome. On the edge of the Canadian Shield; many nearby lakes. The space The property totals 2.5 acres, the lakeside portion being a large mowed lawn with fire pit between the cottage and the lake. In the summer there is a dock for mooring your boat. On the opposite side of the access road is a woodlot for those wishing to take a stroll in the forest. The cottage itself features a 3 sided, wrap-around deck, with an eating area and BBQ on the east end and an outdoor shower (west end) that has access to the master bedroom. Indoor features: laminate flooring throughout, WIFI, SMART TV, propane fireplace, most household items, campfire pit out front. Many renovations and upgrades have occurred over the past 5 years and the property is very well maintained. Guest access Guests have full access to the building and property. Please make yourself at home and don't hesitate to look for household items in cupboards, drawers, and cabinets. Other things to note 1. Please note that prices listed on AirBnB are for 2 adult occupancy only. An extra fee will be added by AirBnB for every additional adult. There are no extra occupancy fees for children, retirees, or students. (The occupancy fee is to offset the added load on the septic system and the electrical. No more than 6 people overnight permitted.) 2. I don't charge a cleaning fee - BUT guests are also expected to bring their own sheets/sleeping bags/comforter, pillow cases, and towels, along with their own personal hygiene items (toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.). This, and the fact that you are expected to leave the place clean and ready for the next person, permits us to avoid charging a fee. Please note that we are unable to provide linens, sheets, etc. unless an absolutely exceptional case. 3. There is no washer and/or dryer, nor is there hookups.
